This project is about being Funny. 

 

I began this project with the aim to find out who I was/am through looking at my own identity through other people.

I asked people I knew to partake in a video log about me in the comfort

of their own homes and then later on send me the footage.

I began to unpick the words my peers, my friends and my family used to define, label and describe me with.

Through the overuse of the word funny

I became frustrated with it and what it meant.

 

This project looks at how an individual feels the obligation to live up to certain labels and certain stereotypes. 

I do this by focussing on myself and by exploring both my personality and my physical aesthetic and how they are seemingly interlinked.
